Crystal Semiconductors is a spin-off company from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, founded in 2024.

The company develops and manufactures next-generation X-ray and gamma ray imaging sensors for security, medical imaging and non-destructive testing applications.

Our team brings together a combined 30 years of experience in crystal growth, microelectronics, and semiconductor technologies.
